By Road
Langdale House is on the A390 St Austell bypass, roughly half a mile south of St Austell town centre. 

From the west, join the St Austell bypass on Trevanion Road at a double roundabout (McDonald's is opposite this junction on the right). 

Take the second exit onto Trevanion Road sign-posted Liskeard/Bodmin.

After half a mile, Trevanion Road meets Southbourne Road at traffic lights, at which the sign for Langdale House can be clearly seen on the left. Turn left at the lights; Langdale House is immediately on your right.

From the east, join the St Austell bypass at the Mount Charles Roundabout (having come up the hill under a railway bridge and passed the IMO Car Wash on your right). Continue west  on the main road, passing Asda on your left, until you see a set of traffic lights at which the sign for Langdale House can be clearly seen on your right. Turn right at the lights;  Langdale House is immediately on your right.

By Rail/Bus
St Austell railway and bus stations are next to each other, roughly ten minutes from Langdale House on foot. We'll happily collect you or arrange a free taxi as part of our service, just let us know.
